Refund policy

We have a 14-day Exchange and Return Policy for casual wear items (items that are made of not fragile fabrics) . They have to be returned in exact condition as they came in and it can be returned through shipping but client will pay shipping fees or through our store.

For items of fragile material (satin, shimmery, crinkle, lace, embroidery, etc..) they can only be inspected when the courier is at the door and can not be exchanged or refunded after courier leaves.

If you do not want the item you will still pay for the shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it  and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
